BrioMon Technologies LLC is committed to making its website and product usable by people of all abilities. This statement explains the standard we aim for and how to tell us if something doesn't work for you.
Our Commitment
Accessibility isn't a box we're checking — BrioMon exists to help people manage their mental capacity, and that commitment doesn't mean much if the product itself is hard to use for someone navigating by keyboard, using a screen reader, or relying on sufficient color contrast to read the page. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard most commonly referenced in accessibility law and widely treated as current best practice.
Conformance Status
Our public website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means some parts of the content don't yet fully conform to the standard. We have not undergone an independent third-party accessibility audit or certification.
What we mean by this, honestly
We test our public pages using industry-standard automated scanning tools and address what they find. Automated tools catch a meaningful share of real accessibility problems, but they don't catch everything — things like whether content actually makes sense when read aloud by a screen reader, or whether a complex interaction is genuinely usable by keyboard, need a human to check. We're telling you this plainly rather than claiming more than we've verified.

BrioMon's website depends on the following technologies to work with the accessibility tools people use. If you're using an assistive technology that doesn't support these, our site may not work correctly for you:

Reporting an Accessibility Issue
Tell us what's not working
If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on briomon.com, please let us know. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, and what happened (or didn't happen) — the more specific, the faster we can fix it.
Email connect@briomon.com →We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 2 business days and to resolve confirmed issues within 10 business days where reasonably possible. More complex fixes may take longer — we'll keep you updated.
If You're Not Satisfied
We want to resolve accessibility concerns directly, and we take every report seriously. If you feel an issue hasn't been adequately addressed, you're also entitled to raise it with the relevant authority in your jurisdiction — for example, the U.S. Department of Justice for ADA-related matters, or your national/regional equality or human rights body elsewhere. Raising a concern with us first doesn't affect that right.
